Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book with you?
BOOKING: It all begins with an idea. Submit yours through my booking form on Venue.
Please, please, please… do NOT send any AI mockups to me at any point during the booking process. ‘Nuf said.
COMMUNICATION: use the Venue chat feature if you have questions, want to make design updates, or share clarifications!
I do not answer tattoo-related questions that are sent to me via e-mail, Instagram or carrier pigeon.
DESIGN SNEAK PEEKS: I typically don’t send designs to you before your appointment. Please utilize the booking form to its full potential - the more details the better! I also love to see your sketches, mood boards (yes, Pinterest!) and photos.
If we are working on a larger project like a sleeve or backpiece, I will send a mockup sketch 1-3 weeks before your appointment to make sure our visions are aligning.
PRICING:
Pre Drawn Flash: Prices for pre drawn flash are stated on the booking form, but those prices are only for the minimum size listed. If you’d like to go bigger, just say the word - and I will send you the updated price!
Customs: All custom pieces are beautifully unique and price heavily depends on subject matter and desired detail. Please see the “My Rates” page to get a sense of budgeting for the piece you’re looking for.
Before your appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me 48 hours notice. However, I know that emergencies happen - we’re only humans after all! I ask that you please be respectful and considerate of my time as well in these circumstances
If you need to reschedule and I’m given the full 48 hours notice, I will reschedule you free of charge and your deposit will not be forfeited.
Cancellation will result in a loss of your deposit.
If you’re going to be late, please message me on Venue or Instagram.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a heads up, your deposit will be forfeited and I may be less keen to work with you again.
During your appointment
FOUND Tattoo Studio is located on XXX West Harmony in Fort Collins, Colorado. There is abundant parking in the lot.
When you arrive, you’ll fill out our shop consent form and get settled in.
After your appointment
A note on pricing and timing:
My pricing structure is intended so that neither of us need to be watching the clock during your appointment.
Timing may vary slightly depending on what we need to finish in the day and your comfort level/pain tolerance, in addition to other factors. I prepare all designs/plans in advance of our appointment and will be fully set up and ready to begin when you arrive.
I do not differentiate between time spent sizing, stenciling, adjusting the design on the body, and tattooing. These are equally important parts of the artistic process that we will need to complete while we’re together - none of which can be rushed.
I encourage clients to arrive, settle in, and be present for each step throughout the day, understanding that this process takes the time that it requires, no more, no less. I will be focused exclusively on our work throughout the duration of our session.
I also do not recommend scheduling other activities immediately following your session, if possible.
